It is a political party formed during the Spanish transition, in October 1976. It is a legally constituted party and is registered in the Party Registry of the Ministry of the Interior. FE de las JONS is one of the organizations that proclaims themselves heirs of the fascist-inspired party founded by José Antonio Primo de Rivera. The FE de las JONS organization was founded in Madrid and currently It is led by Norberto Picó Sanabria.

They declare themselves national syndicalists, supporters of a system egalitarian economic, favorable to the abolition of Parliament and the political parties and are committed to the construction of a single union and vertical coordinated between employers and workers. They defend the nationalization of banks,
savings banks or insurance companies, as well as the exit of the euro zone. They promote that being Spanish is an essential requirement to belong to the Army, that Spain leaves NATO and recognize Gibraltar as Spanish territory. Within its principles ideological, they are against abortion, prostitution and gay marriage.
As broadcast media they have an online television channel, En Marcha, and a monthly newsletter with the same name. In Madrid they have a store where they sell various controversial material from falangist and francoist ideology, which serves as a means of financing the election campaigns, as described on the website. It currently does not have a parliamentary representation. In the past general elections of November 10, 2019 obtained 616 votes, not even reaching 0.1% of the total votes. Apart from FE de las JONS, today there are several active organizations that proclaim themselves Falangists.
