Marko Francišković is an anti-Semite, a hater of Serbs, an opponent of the legacy of the French Revolution, an advocate of the militarization and arming of society – from the infancy of men to their mature years – with a fundamental mission: the establishment of a religious state. He preaches something of the type of theocratic fascism. Francisković is in prison since the end of 2021 on charges of incitement to terrorism.
He became known to the general public in 2007 as one of the collaborators of the project of the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, which advocated the introduction of a state of emergency in the country, the abolition of parliament and political parties, the overthrow of the traitorous Judeo-Masonic clique and the establishment of labor camps for “traitors, robbers” and that all other criminals do “their debt to the nation”.
In 2013, Francišković threatened MP Ranko Ostojić with a weapons he had left over from the war, for which he was sentenced to stay in a psychiatric institution for eight months and a measure of forced treatment for the first six months of his stay. When the police searched Francisković’s apartment, they found a real arsenal of weapons: two rifles, two mines, two bombs and a lot of ammunition.
He claimed that his diagnosis was faked, and after leaving treatment, he converted to Islam and in 2019 published a book called Croatian Jihad, in which he advocates the introduction of sharia in Croatia.
Mark’s folowers gather on telegram groups: Horosan forum, which has about 900 followers, and Banovinu Horosan, which is followed by about 1,200 people. The Pravaški glas page, on which his followers occasionally advertised, is followed by almost 3,000. In them, folowers are constantly called to arm themselves with batons, sprays and rifles and to prepare for a coup d’état.
Francišković spoke at several protests against covid-measures, at the largest one held in Zagreb and at the much less attended one held in Šibenik on December 1 last year, which was announced as “a large gathering of Croatian warriors ready to liberate Croatia”, with slogan “Mobilization Dalmatia”, which was attended by about 50 people.
