Charles Millon is a former catholic-conservatice-liberal politician (1990’s and early 2000’s). In 2015 he co-founded the Avant-Guarde network and sits in the board of the conservative-liberal think tank Institut Thomas More. His family Millon-Delsol is actively rooted in the catholic-conservative-liberal sphere around think tanks and training structures.
