The neo-Nazi group ‘Sportgemeinschaft Noricum’ has existed since 2018; the name refers to the Celtic tribes that settled in Austria before the Romans. The participants are mainly made up of hooligans from FK Austria and SK Rapid, as well as martial artists. In recent years, members of the club have taken part in major neo-Nazi martial arts events in Germany (such as the ‘Battle of the Nibelungs’ in 2018). The club, which only has a handful of members, has strict hierarchies and a compulsory robe. Contacts exist with the Austrian neo-Nazi scene, the red-light district and criminal biker structures such as the United Tribuns MC, the Outsider MC and the Iron Bloods MC, as well as the Identitarians.
