Ethnic National Union

The Ethnic National Union (ENO) is a decentralized, autonomous, political organization of national socialists. Originally an informal association created on the principles of anonymity by a number of former activists of the NSO, former members of the separate special forces unit Azov, as well as a number of members of other far-right groups.

It has a number of regional cells in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, in particular in Moscow, Irkutsk, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg, etc. According to law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation it is based in Kiev, where it systematically coordinates actions of nationalists, while carrying out “direct action” against persons of non-Slavic appearance and state authorities. Propaganda work is carried out in the messenger Telegram, social networks VKontakte and Instagram.

The organization proclaimed its task to create a network of decentralized cells of “resistance” on the territory of Europe, to build an ethnic national-socialist community based on the ideology of primordialism.

**Story**

On November 26, 2018, representatives of the organization, interviewed Dmitry Bobrov, the leader of the former neo-Nazi group Shultz-88, under the name of the unknown news resource “BREZG”. After the alleged shooting at Lubyanka , operatives of the Center “E” and the Service for the Protection of Constitutional Order and the Fight against Terrorism of the FSS for St. Petersburg and Leningrad region paid a visit to 40-year-old St. Petersburg resident Dmitry Bobrov, formerly known as Schultz-88.

On December 7, 2018, the informal Ethnic National Association was created. On March 18, 2019, the organization translates Tarrant’s manifesto into Russian, and this translation of the manifesto is subsequently distributed en masse throughout the CIS. On April 22, 2019, Roskomnadzor blocks access to the organization’s official website. December 22, 2019, there is a shooting outside the Federal Security Service building in Moscow, the participants of which are linked to the Ethnic National Union.

June 26, 2020, an attempted arson attack on a mosque in Odessa is prevented, with the SBU claiming that members of the Ethnic National Union were involved in this terrorist act. Later that month, a number of shawarma stores in Odessa will be set on fire by “unknown neo-Nazis.
