Currently Minister of Interior and MP with the ND party. He started his career succeeding Michaloliakos as leader of the EPEN youth. Later he formed his own nationalist group, before joining LAOS, from which he moved to New Democracy. Nationalist, nativist and traditionalist, keeps mostly away from the media spotlight but works tirelessly along his the lines of his ideology.
