Jordan Bardella is since 2019 one of the vice-presidents of Rassemblement National. In September 2021 he temporarily took on the president role as Marine Le Pen stepped out for the purpose of her presidential election campaign. Jordan Bardella is also a regional elected representative (Ile de France) since 2015 (reelected in 2021), and a EU member of Parliament since 2019. From 2017 to 2019 he was a one of the spokesperson for the party. Additionally, from 2018 to 2021 he headed Génération Nation, the youth section of the party. In 2022, he is temporarily heading the party while Marine Le Pen campaigns for the presidential elections.
