Matvei Nikolaevich Tzen is a Russian nationalist lawyer and advocate.

He was born in 1979 in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy and was close to the Movement against Illegal Immigration (DPNI). He is a former participant of the “Russian Social Movement” (ROD), after the suspension of which he joined the human rights centre “ROD” by Natalia Kholmogorova and the “National Democratic Party” by Konstantin Krylov in autumn 2011. Defends political activists and Russian citizens affected by ethnic conflicts in Russia.
